There are several steps you can take to help your employees return to work after an injury:

- Make accommodations: If necessary, make reasonable accommodations to help your employee perform their job duties. This could include things like providing special equipment or adjusting their work schedule.
- Provide support: Offer support to your employee as they transition back to work. This could include providing additional training or assigning a mentor to help them get up to speed.
- Encourage a healthy lifestyle: Encourage your employee to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including getting enough rest, eating well, and exercising, to help them recover and prevent future injuries.
